Teamlead Quality (m/w/d)

Become part of SECO Northern Europe. At our locations in Hamburg, Wuppertal, Stuttgart, and Chennai/India, we are a team of around 190 employees. Together, we develop and produce state-of-the-art technological solutions, from miniaturized computers to fully customized integrated systems that combine hardware and software.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting a quality culture within the organization, including supplier management, problemsolving, and design.
  • Leading and coordinating the quality team as well as local quality resources to support daily operations.
  • Leading and further developing an effective quality management system, including the local 
    implementation of ISO standards.
  • Conducting internal and external quality audits and monitoring corrective actions.
  • Analyzing quality data (e.g., FPY, RMA) and deriving actions to prevent errors.
  • Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and legal regulations.
  • Creating and coordinating customer-specific reports.
  • Working closely with production departments to optimize processes.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Completed degree in Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • In depth knowledge and practical experience in applying quality management methods such as PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, APQP, PPAP, etc.
  • Extensive experience in applying and implementing ISO 9001.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
  • Experience in team leadership and strong communication skills.
