Responsibilities
- Developing Linux operating system distributions based on Yocto for ARM processor platforms
- Implementing the foundation for Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications on embedded platforms in customer projects using e.g. Qt/C++
- Adaptation and commissioning of Linux operating system distributions on new single board computers
- Supporting our self-developed hardware products through in-house production, testing, commissioning, and delivery
- Active integration of your own ideas and concepts into our agile development processes
- Continuously provisioning of software products with CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab
Requirements
- First experience with embedded Linux distributions (e.g. Yocto, Alpine Linux)
- Good knowledge of the programming language C / C++ as well as good knowledge of some other programming languages
- First experience in working with ARM embedded processors, for example the i.MX processor family from NXP
