Legal Counsel (m/f/d)
You will...
- will be managing the Legal & Corporate Affairs functions in line with business requirements
- providing legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities, such as M&A, corporate, labour, IP, privacy
- providing support in terms of drafting, contract risk management and general management of contracts
- managing the Legal and Corporate Affairs budget and ensure alignment to the company’s business
- be representing the company and /or senior executives and managers in legal proceedings and/or supervise such representation
- engaging outside counsel on legal issues, and supervise and coordinate all work sent to external law firms
- participating in appropriate executive, leadership, and/or operating committees
- administrate the company and subsidiaries with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory and corporate governance requirements
Your profile...
- Have a law degree from a European country or a comparable qualification
- 5+ years of practice with an established law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong legal experience in corporate, labor and commercial low.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Businenss acumen
- Excellent drafting and organizational skills
- Native German speaker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englisch. Italian languange skills is a plus
- Ability to analyze complex legal problems quickly and concisely
